باستخدام هذا التطبيق، فإنك توافق على:

- سلامة واتساق وصحة المعلومات التي تقدمها في الطلب،

- استخدام التطبيق للخدمات المدرسية فقط،

- يجوز للتطبيق استخدام الكاميرا الخاصة بك عند الحاجة لملء نموذج واحد بموافقتك،

- قد يستخدم التطبيق موقع GPS الخاص بك عند الحاجة بموافقتك،

- قد يرسل لك التطبيق إشعارًا عند وصول التحديثات،

لا يقوم SIMSCLOUD بجمع معلومات شخصية عنك عند زيارتك للموقع إلا إذا اخترت على وجه التحديد وبمعرفتك إدخال هذه المعلومات. وفي حال اخترت تقديم المعلومات إلى البوابة، فإننا نستخدمها فقط لتلبية طلبك بالحصول على معلومات أو خدمات من خدمات البوابة. باستخدامك لهذه البوابة، فإنك توافق على شروط سياسة الخصوصية هذه، مع ملاحظة أن المعلومات المرسلة من قبلك قد تتم مشاركتها مع الجهات الحكومية السودانية الأخرى في حالة تطلب ذلك لاستكمال طلبك ودون الرجوع إلى أي من طرف.

By using this application, you are agree to:

- The integrety, consistancy, and correctness of information your are providing in the application,

- Using the application for the school services only,

- Application may use your camera when needed to fill up one form with your approval,

- Application may use your GPS location when needed with your approval,

- Application may send you notifcation whenever updates come,

The SIMSCLOUD does not collect personal information about you when you visit the site unless you choose specifically and with your knowledge to enter this information. And in the event that you choose to provide information to the portal, we only use it to fulfill your request to obtain information or services from the portal services. By using this portal, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy, noting that the information sent by you may be shared with other Sudanese government agencies in the event that you request the completion of your request for that and without referring to any of the parties.
